ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED ONLINE VIA OUR WEBSITE, NO EXCEPTIONS.

SHIPPING IS ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE UNITED STATES & CANADA.

**Please Remember, Business days are weekdays only (Mon-Fri). This Does Not Include weekends or holidays**

Orders are Typically Processed and Shipped On Monday-Wednesday. 

USPS is operating as normal, however some packages are experiencing delays up to 1-3 business days in some areas. 

U.S shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days. (Mon-Fri)

This Does NOT include processing time, which is approximately 3-6 business days on regular orders. 

International (Canada Only) shipping takes approximately 10- 21 business days.(Mon-Fri)

This Does NOT include processing time, which is approximately 2-5 business days on regular orders

 

If you purchase Using an "Echeck" processing time will be extended an additional 3-5 business days to allow time for your payment to be processed, your order will not be processed/shipped until your payment has cleared.

For Insufficient Addresses: If your package is shipped back to us due to an insufficient address being provided at checkout,  you will have to pay an additional shipping fee to have it reshipped. 

Queen Mamie Creations is NOT responsible for ANY lost, stolen or damaged packages during shipping. United States Postal Services (USPS) or UPS MUST be contacted if any packages are lost, stolen, damaged or for any shipping inquires after items have been shipped. 

Contact USPS to File a Claim if your items are lost, stolen or damaged. 

CHOOSING PRIORITY MAIL GUARANTEES PACKAGES ARE INSURED VIA USPS up to $100, ALSO IF PACKAGES ARE LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING YOU'LL BE ABLE TO FILE A CLAIM FOR REIMBURSEMENT THROUGH USPS, NOT QUEEN MAMIE CREATIONS!

After Your Order Has been Shipped, it is out of our possession therefore, the carrier you selected at checkout MUST be contacted to locate your package if you are experiencing any shipping delays.  https://www.usps.com

If your tracking number has not updated for an extended time, please be aware that the carrier that you chose at checkout has your package and you will need to contact them for any further updates using the tracking number that was emailed to you.

Queen Mamie Creations will not be able to update you on your tracking once your package leaves our possession. Queen Mamie Creations does not work for the carrier companies and is not responsible for damaged goods upon arrival due to the carrier. Please contact your local post office (USPS) or UPS to file a claim or in regards to compensation for damaged, lost or stolen items.
